Welcome to Adamantia's Catering

I was born a Greek and like most ethnic people I was raised cooking with my family. The kitchen was the heart of my home. My joy is to entertain and serve others. My parents owned a luncheonette named the Sugar Bowl in New York City and my uncle Pete owned the Spartan Restaurant in Maspeth Queens. My family taught me well, T.L.C. is in my cuisine.

Like my family before me I raised my children the same, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas was team work, all pulling together. Raising seven kids was always a challenge in our kitchen but the end result was delicious. Family and neighbor's gathered in our small N.Y. kitchen to eat. The aroma of baking and cooking was the fragrance in my home and still is to this day.

My twin boys are now in their 30's and so are my girls, well, one is catching up, thats my baby Kathy. The boys have been in the restaurant business since their teens and have become managers in some of the top restaurants here in Florida. Christine, my event planner, and my girls have a kitchen like their moms where family and friends always gather. Team work is still there in Adamantia's. My husband the co-owner with his organizational skills and talents in design and music all play a part in making your event successful.

Let us cater your next event and serve it with the T.L.C. that has become known as our trademark in the catering business. "Catered with T.L.C...."
